Shipping Policy

We ship from Florida, USA. This policy explains processing time, carriers, costs, and what to do if something goes wrong during delivery.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the 50 United States. We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time. If a destination becomes available in the future, it will appear at checkout.
Processing time
- Ready-made candles: 2–5 business days from order to dispatch.
- Custom-built candles: 5–7 business days from order to dispatch, because each candle is poured to order.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing the next business day. During peak periods (holidays, launches), processing may take longer; if so, we will note it on the Site.
Carriers and transit time
We typically ship via USPS or a comparable carrier. Once dispatched, transit time is generally 2–6 business days within the continental U.S., depending on destination. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. The exact amount is shown before you pay. Promotional free-shipping offers, when available, will be reflected at checkout.
Address accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense, or refund the order minus original shipping.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check around your delivery location and with neighbors.
- Contact the carrier directly with the tracking number.
- Email us at ecoflame.us@gmail.com within 7 days. We will help you file a claim with the carrier and work with you toward a fair resolution.
Damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy for next steps. We will replace or refund damaged items at your choice.
Sales tax
Florida sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout where required by law. Other states may also be subject to tax depending on current nexus rules; the applicable amount is shown before payment.
