Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ecoflame.us (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Ecoflame Candles ("Ecoflame," "we," "our," or "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to place an order. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement.

Products

Our candles are hand-poured in small batches using natural ingredients. As a result, color, scent intensity, surface texture, and burn behavior may vary slightly between batches. Photographs are representative; actual products may differ in minor visual respects.

Custom candles built using the "Build Your Own" flow are made to order based on the size, wax, scent, wick, and add-ons you select. See our Refund Policy for how returns work for custom candles.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders are not finalized until payment is successfully captured.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that we believe were placed in error or with fraudulent intent. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the full amount.

Order acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of your order. We may verify order details and stock availability before fulfilling. If we cannot fulfill all or part of an order, we will notify you and refund the unfulfilled portion.

Shipping

See our Shipping Policy for processing times, carriers, costs, and delivery details. We ship from Florida, USA. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and refunds

See our Refund Policy for full details. Custom-built candles are made to order and are not eligible for return except in cases of damage or defect.

Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to interfere with the Site, its servers, or any related infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or harvest content from the Site without our written permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

Intellectual property

All Site content — including the Ecoflame name, logo, copy, photography, and product designs — is owned by Ecoflame Candles or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Disclaimer

The Site and our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by applicable law. Candles are an open-flame product; you are responsible for following the included safety instructions. Never leave a burning candle unattended; keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ecoflame's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site, your purchase, or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
